By using Himalayan Hub, you agree to these terms. You may use Himalayan Hub to discover and add local businesses. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. Do not post misleading or offensive content.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

Himalayan Hub is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of business listings. Use your judgment when visiting businesses.

HimalayanHub, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Himalayan Hub app and this website. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Account information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address and basic profile information (e.g., name, profile photo) to create and manage your account.

Location data: We use your device's location only when you explicitly use features such as "Near Me" search or map exploration. We do not continuously track your location in the background.

Usage data: We may collect information about how you use the app (e.g., searches, pages viewed) to improve our services.

We use your information to provide the Himalayan Hub service: creating your account, personalizing search results, showing businesses on the map, and improving the app. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your profile settings in the app. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems within a reasonable period.
